I suffer from Ankylosing Spondylitis. Since a few years I had issue with stability while standing. I had severe back pain in with both Lordosis and Kyphosis. I am happy that doctor understands my issue and showed various lifestyle changes as well as exercises for the treatment. After 25 days I am satisfied by the treatment and able to walk properly and pain has almost subsided. A few points I would mention to improve in future is to find some way to prescribe exercises such that the patient does not have to remember it while leaving the clinic. A few months ago I had an accident. Because of that, I had a shoulder operation and I also had a fracture in my leg. Due to the shoulder operation, I couldn’t lift my hand upward. Because I have a plate in my shoulder, I didn’t have any hope of reaching 180 degrees.
